I'm BACK! Skin Lightening Laser - Premier Clinic

HELLO PREMIER CLINIC

Yes, I was back here again! And eager to be back. Why?

I'm was there for a hands on treatment. Not the stem cell hair treatment but a different one. Remember how I mentioned that they have many other services as well? Well, I am going to be experiencing Skin Lightening Laser. Yeap, Laser. I was anxious as well because I have not done one, ever ..at all. I won't say that I am THAT old but as a female, my metabolisms are all starting to slow down and I am not joking. Especially my face, its like hell right now. That's my fault, my way of taking care of my face isn't that sufficient. (P/S: I am not trying to force everyone of you, to give a MUST-come-here to do these treatments but if you have to, you may, cause they definitely give the best treatment, and also the best hospitality). Like I said, they are a aesthetic clinic. Is no fun and games when it comes to giving you the treatment that you want or needed. They are certified to do so. 

Back to the topic, I was there for a Skin Lightening Laser. MEDLite Laser as they call it. It is a treatment that uses:

1. A machine that emit a high energy light towards the desired area to be treated
2. The laser can assist to remove unwanted skin cells on the surface 

Its benefits: 

1. Allows a fresh layer of skin to grow in order to replace the old one,
2. Turn out smoother
3. Lighter in tone
4. Healthier than the previous layer.
5. It penetrates deep into the skin without harming the top layer. 
6. The laser also stimulates the skin to produce fresh collagen and important vitamins and minerals needed. These elements are essential for the skin to repair itself and during the growth of new skin cells to ensure it is in better health and condition than before as well as maintaining a youthful appearance.

The laser targets pigmentation in the skin so after this is removed, some whitening occurs and the skin will become fairer and more vibrant. And like i mentioned, this laser treatment is relatively pain-free and it is also swift. Which means it is over and done pretty quickly hence it is suitable for those who are busy with work, they can just come in during lunch hour or break time.

Of course, I fear of pain, so when I hear the word laser, I felt fear or nervousness the least. But, the staff, nurse and doctors were really nice, they comfort you before the treatment, they will ask what are your concern about your face or any part of your body. Then they will suggest which treatment is suitable for you. I felt slightly better when they started talking to me from the moment I entered till the time I have to enter the room to wait for the doctor.  

A few moments later, I was lead to a room to wait for the doctor. But before that, I had to put up my hair into the cap to avoid my hairs to get in the way of the treatment. They were to ask me to get properly comfortable and rest on the declined chair so that the staffer able to cleanse my face. While I waited, I fidgeted a lot, I used my phone cause I was nervous ..again. 

And you know what, my worries was just all of nothing cause it really was not as bad as I thought it would be. The doctor, Dr Kee, came in and told me what was he going to do and what the treatment would be and mentioned how it would not hurt. Everyone there basically told me that it would not hurt. Why? Cause before they start the treatment, they will apply a numbing cream on your facial area. Trust me, the whole time if you love the feeling of ants or prickly feeling on your face, you would probably fall asleep from the sensation.

The nurses, staffers and all realize I was nervous and told me that everything was going to be fine. Even Dr Kee reassured that it was going to be fine. A staffer there, Clara, personally came down to the room and also reassured me that everything is going to be fine. I mean SERIOUSLY, where can you get this kind of hospitality anywhere. You will feel warm and welcomed, friendly staffers, the doctors are gentle and you won't have to worry to open up about your problems to them to get any treatment done ( the ones that are available there la of course xD). Dr Kee was really gentle upon handling the treatment. Though your eyes have to be covered (and honestly, the suspense of waiting for the laser to touch my face, killed me) but the doctor will let you know that he or she will start directing the laser to your face and will ask you whether it is okay or not, whether you are comfortable to continue. Great care, no worries. 

HAHAAAAA, I was really relieved ones the laser touched my face. It didn't hurt, just a few slight stings cause my face have scars and acne. So ya, understandable that the sting will be tangy abit when the laser touches it.

Thank you Dr Kee! For not tormenting me. JK. It was a really wonderful experience, especially when it was my first time. Dr Kee really takes care of his patience well.

To be honest, this is the first time I actually encounter a aesthetic clinic, with this many treatment available for any patients. Hands down, one of the best clinic I've been to. 

Of course, the word mentioned "Clinic" which means they would need doctors. And not just any doctors, not those doctors that buy their doctorate license. These are legit real doctors, no worries. There are several doctors but the ones I met was Dr. Chen and Dr. Michelle Lai. 

1. Dr. Chen Tai Ho: He possesses a double degree, namely the Bachelor Degree in Medical Science (Hons) and Degree in Medicine (MD) from a local university in Malaysia. He also has been fully credentialed by the Malaysia Ministry of Health as an aesthetic medicine practitioner. [Dr. Chen's clients walk out of the clinic with their heads held a little higher as they look and feel good.]

There's also another in their clinic whom are: Dr Kee Yong Seng and Dr Jaswine.

PLUS, I've mention "LAUNCH" on the title ..yes, some of you guessed it, another treatment is gonna be enlisted to those huge list of treatment. lol. SImply Pristine Cell Stem Hair Loss. Yeap, you read it loud and clear enough. Cell Stem Hair Loss. It is definitely beneficial for those who want to grow back their hair on their bold spots. Literally using your own nutrient from your Stem Cells (of your hair), to re-grow your hair back.Before going into that, we were introduced their new product as well, their facial Pristine products. 

Refreshments were given.

The first to explain was Dr Chen. Pristine products such as foam cleanser, intensive recovery, vital skin recovery and etc.

After explaining all what hair loss (by Dr Michelle) is about and also about stem cell, We proceed to where one of us volunteered to do a small part of the Stem Cell Hair Loss procedure. At the same time, he also had hair loss at the top of his forehead area, so he's the perfect 'lab rat' xD. Kidding.

I actually have videos for this but its too big for me to post it out at the moment. So basically, the picture above shows that the doctor was finding a section or an area to collect the stem cell. She cut a small portion of the hair in that area and draw 3 circles which is the pieces that she was going to extract the stem cells. 

The picture above shows a dark brown solution (iodine), to be placed at the section the doctor drew. To sanitize the area. 

Of course the doctor was going to inject anesthetic first to numb the area. 

Alright, the second picture above, shows a apparatus that she's holding to extract out the stem cell. 

And there you go. See that tiny skin on the tweezers, that the doctor was holding. The section was cut out to be used to inject back the cells to the scalp. These are the nutrients for the hair to grow back naturally. 

The machine showed in the picture above is a centrifuge machine. Where it separates the stem cells and other molecules to get the concentrated form of stem cells. 

TAAADAAA, the solution is formed. 

Firstly, inject anesthetics again on the affected area, to numb that area before injecting the stem cells. 
We as an audience, cringed, awed, 'omg-ed' and many more exclamations while the patient himself is just relaxing, no cringing, no sweat and feel zero pain. This goes to show, the doctor definitely took care of the patient really carefully. The nurses or helpers are also very concern about the patient as well, handled him very delicately. He was very brave to volunteer to do this, for the doctor to demo for us to see how does this stem cell process goes for those people who wants to conquer this hair loss. 

I really highly recommend this cause it is painless (of course different people different feeling, I won't guarantee everyone wont feel any tickle or something.), the results can be seen after a month and the growth is natural. It is not like hair transplant where hairs are just implant to the scalp. This process is where it lets the scalp grows hair natural.

After that, the next activity was lucky draw. I usually don't get all lucky with the lucky draw thing. So, I didn't really expect anything. BUT, miracle happened anddddddd ...

I've WON 2nd prize ^__^. I'm so happpyyyyyyy.
