Day 1
Randomly, my parents chose Langkawi to be our short trip during the month of October 2015.
We flew there and not drive. Cause that O-SO-LONG-JOURNEY of driving just isn't worth our time and energy lol. So, once we landed, we rented a decent car (Nissan Almera). Checked in a hotel, which was facing the beach.
Left our luggage and started to explore Langkawi. I mean it's been awhile since I went to Langkawi. But first and foremost after we left the hotel was to find food cause it was lunch time lol.
The worse part was, there wasn't any shops or restaurant opened near our hotel, we stopped a few places just to find out that they were closed or their kitchen just closed. The time was quite late that moment if I'm not mistaken. Then, we stumbled upon a seafood restaurant which was still open and there were still customers YAY xD. May Hing Seafood Restaurant. Saved our stomach lol. We just had some normal food like eggs, kangkung and sweet and sour chicken.
After that, we went to the Oriental Village. We planned to take the cable car and also adventure the bridge which is famous there.
Below view is the view half way taking the cable car. We stopped at this station to take pictures and all. There is a stand where you can get drinks and snack. Basically a stop for people to enjoy the view midway.
TADAAA~ The SkyBridge
In between which walking on the bridge, there were glasses on the ground where you can look down directly what is under the bridge. I'm afraid of heights so the view taken by me was like one second and there I'm off from the glass. LOL.
After we were done sight seeing, my bro take the chance to place the F1 Simulator? I've forgotten what was it called but it was really thrilling. Good experience. Whoever love to race, and haven't tried this yet, give it a go. (if i'm not mistaken, there's one in KLCC).
We sat down in a place to chill awhile before leaving,
When dinner came along, my parents brought us to a place where they had tried before a LONG time ago. It was nice. Thou I feel bad now since I didn't take any photo of the foods cause I was dead hungry. Everything was just finished and done the second the food touched the table. Haha.
When we were back to our hotel area, we had to park far away because there wasn't really much of a parking space in their parking. We walked pass by a office where they will give a tour to the area shown below. We decided to do 2 activities, by private. So that we can have our own time and didnt have to rush or wait. Decided on, island hopping and visit the geoforest park where they include eagle feeding.
That was day one of our trip in Langkawi.
Day 2
Morning came and we went for breakfast early. No shops were opened ..yet. lol. Except this shop ~ They have variety of food from meehoons to nasi lemak to french toast to english breakfast. No joke xD. And they were delicious. It says there Local and Western Food hahahha. I even can have english tea lol.
After breakfast, we went to the Jeti and wait for the person in charge or the boatman at least to bring us to the islands and sight seeing places. For a word, it was mighty hot. HOT.

And my brother, whom is sitting at the front to GoPro our daily activity.
And monkeys hanging around the mangrove trees. I have phobia for monkeys, so I dont really fancy Monkeys when I suddenly see one. Maybe I'll point it out that there's one all of a sudden but no urge to go near them lol.
The boatman brought us into a cave and back out the other way. The entrance was low because the water was rising. Look at how my bro ducked lol.
We got off an island and explore the place. The usual mammals that exist in a cave. Bats. They were sleeping and it stink of bat shit inside there.

We had lunch on a fishing floating village lol. They have all sorts of exortic fish. They even have sharks and rays. They have puffer fish. My god.
First dish came out, prawns, my favourite~ steamed prawns.
Then a crab. A mini crab.
It was delicious thou, I'm not sure if I was hungry or what but that tiny crab was not enough T-T.
Tom Yam soup was not that spicy, just nice. For me lol. Chicken dish. Their food arrived quite long, I'm not sure why cause there weren't that many customers yet and those who came, they got their food earlier than us and they ordered seafood. lol.
After we ate, we went back to the mainland then have a drive around. We stopped at a hot spring place near our hotel. Just walking around.
Next destination was to the Bird Paradise. Our first time after so so so long, going to a place where we can touch and feed animals. Mainly birds here since it says as bird paradise.
The main attraction, or a place where it represents Langkawi. The Eagle statue.
Then we head to a town, went to the hypermarket and bought drinks and snacks to enjoy the rest of the day in the hotel.
Some Somersby apple cider does the trick after an activity under the hot sun and the heat.
Day 3
A short trip to different islands for snorkeling but if I'm not mistaken, the water was too choppy to see anything that's why we hardly take any picture of us swimming. Me and my bro wanted to see fishes but instead we see ..brown water. lol.
It seemed like it was about to rain so we quickly hopped on the boat and leave. We went to a lake next. There's a name for it but I forgot. The dept was deep. There was nothing to see, again. Cause it just, dark green view.

We went to the Aqua World next. Aquatic World. What attracted me most here was the bigger fishes and those exotic and colourful ones.
And then dinner ~ Normal halal chinese food.
We did walk around near the hotel, take a look at the shops, the mall nearby. But there weren't that much things that was attracting and my phone was almost dead so there weren't that much pictures either.
Sorry if this post is too boring >< There are mostly pictures rather than words. Whomever been to Langkawi or are from there and there are other places that are nice, let me know cause clearly I don't know Langkawi that well.
The next day, we flew back in the morning. And we came back to this ....
