Valentine's Day ~ Memorable and Romantic day ;)

Yesterday was one of the happiest day of my life xD. Although when I'm with my love one, I'm exceptionally happy, No matter what day is it. I waited so long for this because I wanted to give him his birthday gift at the same time a valentine's gift. I couldn't go out with him on his birthday cause we were both busy :(. So, I decided to surprised him with  gift, signature pens with his name engraved on it. HOWEVER, before I could even give it to him, he already bought one for himself. How cruel can this world get LOL. I was having mixed emotions when I knew! But then again, what he says was true, is that, in all items, of all sorts of colours and design and brand, both of us have the same thought of getting the same item and same colour. That, I'm happy with the results. And as well, that he is happy with that gift, then I'm alright hahhahaha. But even so, I decided another thing, which is to get him an ice cream cake for his birthday. Since he hasn't tried the ice cream cake, so I bought the suitable one. Heart shape cake! So suit to valentine's day hahaha.

I love the cake shape, lucky I reserved it, cause of the day I picked it on the day itself, they don't have it in the fridge already. hahaha. 

After cake eating and unwrapping his gift, we were loitering around in house to decide where we wanted to go and eat. Firstly, like I said, he wanted to book movie tickets but the website (MBO) wasn't responding. Probably there's alot of ppl in that site or its just ridiculous error that doesn't get solved even after refreshing the site. We actually initially decided to go eat seafood one, then he wanted to invite one of his friend, so NGAM he called few minutes later after we talked about it. He needed help to choose clothes for CNY. Then after debating on what to do, my hubby suggested MorganField's (Publika). He said he can call up and try make reservations for us (me and him) xD. I'm surprised, we can get reservations at a very last minute hahaha. Since I've never eaten at that place before so I was excited and curious (cause I've researched about it abit in the internet about that restaurant :P). 

We got ready and head out to KL Festival Mall.  

 Wheeeee ~ My hubby pass me a pen that I requested wanted to use one. Since he had 4 of those. LOL. After settling with his friends and his clothes, we sent him to his car then off we go to PUBLIKA ! (We had to reach there before 6.30pm so, we rushed there) But lucky, when we arrived, not long after that, we found parking~~ AND it was near the entrance tooooo hahaha. 

 ALWAYS A BELLY GOOD TIME~~~

They have the Valentine's set menu xD. SO CUTEEEEE, I LOVE THE PIGS. hahaha. HOGS & KISSES. Its worth it, ordering the set. CAUSE, we end up super full after the meal. GOSH. (oh, and HOGS means there are alot of pork pork pork) :P

For APPETIZER, we get to choose 1 our of 2 choices, either Shrimp Cocktail Salad or Streaky Bacon Caeser Salad.

Ok, the MAIN COURSE, there are over 6 choices and each of you get to choose one of course. There are:

Sticky Bones
 ( can choose among 4 sauces, either Hickory BBQ, Galicky BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn or Spicy Asian BBQ. Served with crispy French Fries & Coleslaw), 

Grilled Australian Rib Eye 
(Served with loaded baked potato, garden veggies & melted merlot garlic butter), 

Pork Shoulder Chop
 (Succulent pork shoulder loin served with red skin mashed potaotes, garden veggies & homemade creamy mustard grin sauce), 

Roasted Herb Chicken
 (Served with mashed potatoes, garden veggies & homemade chicken gravy), 

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Prawn
 (Seasoned with Cajun & grilled to perfection. Served with garden veggies, pilaf rice & smoky baked beans)

 or 

Grilled Salmon Fillet 
(Served with pilaf rice, garden veggies & smoky baked beans).

So many to choose from! hahahahah. 

I feel in love with the environment immediately. Love the music. Love the decoration. Love the service xD.

 For APPETIZER, Of course we ordered the shrimp cocktail. I love Shrimp cocktail! The sauce dipping was special, it has a little spice in it. It goes well with the shrimps and the shrimps are big and sweet and juicyyyyyyy. The salad portion is huge too. Love it. 

 Since it was a special moment, we decided to order a bottle of wine. My babe ordered it as he asked a recommendation from the boss. And I can say, great choice, it goes well with our meal ~. My first time drinking with my hubby. It was really a special day for us. And the music played for each song are just soothing and romantic. 

After thinking and debating, My hubby chose Stick Bones and I chose Pork Shoulder Chop. Our meal has arrived ~~~ The moment when our food came, our eyes were as wide as the pig's eye on the card below HAHAHAH. THE STICK BONES WAS HUGEEEEEE. I started laughing when I see my bi's meal XD. Gladly, it made me quench my appetite after looking at it, cause immediately I told him I wanted to try one. It was DELICIOUS! The sauce went well with the meat. It was soft, easy to chew. YUM. The one I ordered, no regrets as well, it was wonderful. I love the sauce. BUT the only thing that made me laugh and also probably gain muscles on my arms and jaws is that, the Pork Shoulder was sooo sooo sooooo HARD ..NOOOO, its TOUGH, the meat was tough to cut and chew hahahahha. But nevertheless it was tasty. Their pig really did alot of exercises :O LOL. 

While we were having fun enjoying our meal, chit chatting, drinking, the waiter passed us a card where we can write each other love messages and also because we opened a bottle of wine, we get to have a free Polaroid picture taken. :D . I was so excited when I heard the word POLAROID. Cause I hadn't taken one before, and this is my first time taking it with my hubby ^o^. And the card above, what attracted me was, the PIG hahhaha ..its shoooooooo cuteeeeee. LOOK at those GOOGLY EYES. WHEEEEE ~! 

In the video I actually wanted to show how tough the meat was to even pierce it with the fork lol. But failed. paiseh paiseh ~ 

 After awhile, these 2 angels suddenly flew into the restaurant. XD, Pretty. They were selling Valentine's day tattoo (temporary). Their wings were huge. Like their costume.

Oh, I did not even notice when did the place was filled with people that night. It was really crowded with people already xD. (As it can be seen the picture I above above xD, there weren't anyone inside the restaurant when we just came in there). There were people lining up outside already. Sitting and waiting.

Awkward moment was, we haven't actually ate finish our dinner then the person came and ask whether she could take our picture already. So, we just take the offer and let her take. It's like advertising something on the poster xD. But still love the photo though. Definitely a keepsakes and memorable item. 

Next, would be the dessert ! :d. Red Velvet Cake (Served with 2 pieces of chocolate pralines, premium vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce & crushed walnuts) SLURPPPPP~ I still enjoyed the dessert but my hubby almost couldn't take the food in already. Too full already hahaha. I had a few alone times thou because he left me to go toilet, its awkward when people just looked at me like I'm some kind of loner. :P. Just kidding ~ I was actually enjoying looking at the baby that sat and carried by his family that sat the opposite of us. He's such a cutey and a darling ^___^ ! . I told my babe when he came back, he was like, "too far, too far, haven't yet". @.@. 

AND the saddest moment of my day, where my time almost end for the day with him for Valentine's day. But I really enjoyed myself, I was really happy. I'm glad that he brought me to that place. It was really romantic. There were a lot of couples there. And also, almost forgot, they have lighted candles for us when the dessert came. So sweet. 

We just take a short walk before we head to our car, need to burn off abit of those carbs that we consumed not too long ago xD. 

OH RIGHT, they also gave us a voucher, both me and him get 2 different complimentary session, One is slimming treatment and another one is facial ~ Will be using these when we both are free ~

Hair pampering galore ~ at The Edge. (Moist Diane)

It's been awhile since I pampered my hair or to say that I hardly bring myself to the saloon to baby my hair. I have long hair and mostly of the time I get split ends, plus a lot of parts of my hair is tangled left and right @.@. Of cause I do use serum but does not last that long. So I'm glad that I had this session, Moist Diane at The Edge. Moist Diane is actually existed overseas, especially in Japan, so this is the new launching For this country, Malaysia, not to mention they are also partnering with Watsons Malaysia xD. 

This is my hair before, it might look nice and neat, but seriously, my hair is all over the place and some of it its tangled but because I want to take a selfie, of cause want nice one la ^0^.

I regretted that I did not take that much selfies before the washing. I think most of the pictures are with my friends. Since its my first time experiencing their product, I was really curious about it. I was wondering how my hair would urn out because as I read, Moist Diane series of products emphasize on deep cleanse, deep nourishment, and deep moisturization.  It is aimed to bring out a healthy, rich long lasting smooth hair that strengthens, conditions and repairs.

And I can definitely answer, No. In fact, it makes your hair more healthy and silky. Our hair/roots of our hair, excretes oil, to give our hair moisture and nutrients to stay strong. But these oil does not cover to the ends of our hair, especially for Ladies with long hair, the end tips are mostly dry and often get split ends. Anywayyyyys, I love the hospitality there, the hairstylist are all friendly. I'm usually a shy and quiet person so its usually hard for me to continue a conversation. But that time, I can say that's the first time I had fun chatting with the hairstylist while getting my hair pampered. (look at the bottom photo, the hairstylist was actually playing with my hair while I was taking a selfie xD).Plus, my hair is like thick and long, I salute them for being able to be patient with my hair XD. Big thumbs up to all of them. hahahaa.

This pic, above, my fringe is not even straight, and I just cut it not too long ago. I had it cut in another place because it was growing long already. Literally, that person ask if I wanted to cut it straight, so I said yes. THEN, my hair end up like that, even the hairstylist (the person who did my hair in The Edge, is Calvin Wong,  I normally don't give a shout out, but he was exceptional because .....[cont]) notice that my hair was not aligned straightly D: BUTTTTTT ....

TAAAADAAAAAA ~! Thanks to him, my fringe is adjusted ahhahahaha. He kindly offered to cut my fringe so that it does not look awkward like before lol. I was even excited that I just took a pic of myself even when there was leftover hair stuck on my face LOL. paiseh ~~~ ( [cont] that's why I credit/give a shout out to him. He was a great help. Nice to talk to too). 

Ok, I normally don't really support any product if it gives a really poor result in the end, BUT I really love this product. I'm NOT KIDDING. My hair still stayed really smooth and soft even after 2 days. Usually my hair would be a mess after I woke up from bed. And I would need to use hair moisturizer or hair serum. I love it until I touch my hair every so often. HAHAHHAHAHA.
